Case attributed to Isaac Thomas (1721-1802), Willistown, Chester County , Pennsylvania , c1790. Broken-arch pediment, shell-carved slender waist door, fluted quarter columns on the waist. Retains an original grained decoration. The movement is original eight day bell strike.
The dial is a rolling moon with attractive bird decoration, it features early corner spandrels, date aperture and seconds dial.
