Clock sales customers are encouraged to come and view the items prior to purchase.
If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when shipped from TickTockTony, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense including insurance. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
Terms and Conditions Clock Repair
Payment is due before item is picked up or shipped.
Accounts not settled after 90 days are subject to a $45 late fee.
Accounts not settled after 90 days the customer shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Items not picked up after 90 days will be stored at owners expense.
Neither TickTockTony or its agents accept any liability for loss or damage to the receipted clock or articles resulting from shipment, transportation, fire, theft, or any other cause beyond its control.
Anyone leaving a clock with TickTockTony alleges to be the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the clock and releases TickTockTony from any liability for said clock except as agreed by these terms.
Ticktocktony recommends that clocks left for repair be insured by owners home owners insurance and are not covered by any insurance of TickTockTony.
If a clock was repaired and returned to the customer via third party shipping and a warrantee repair is required on this clock then the clock must be shipped to TickTockTony at the owners expense.
Limited Warranty on Clock Repairs
Overhauled clock movements are warranted to perform for a period of one year from date of completion of work without defects of material or workmanship with the following exceptions:
- Breakage of any springs, weight cables or chains, and damage caused thereby
- Clocks are adjusted to work when the case is level. Any malfunction caused by clock case not being level and the clock being out of beat is the responsibility of the customer.
- Regulation of the clock rate is the responsibility of the customer.
Partial repairs are warranted for one year only to the extent of the work performed.
TickTockTony will not pay service charges for unauthorized repairs. TickTockTony cannot be held liable for damages not directly connected to the work it performs. |
